1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • In original condition, with tags and packaging

    • Reported within 3 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased on sale or clearance

  • Customized or personalized orders

  • Items that have been worn or altered

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Exchanges

  • We offer size exchanges on a case-by-case basis, subject to stock availability.

  • The customer may be responsible for two-way shipping costs in exchange cases.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping is to be borne by the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
